Accessibility Services Virtual Drop-In Session
Are you an °µÍø½ûÇøappstudent interested in registering with, or are already registered with, Accessibility Services and need quick support? Accessibility Services is introducing virtual drop-in sessions to help you get timely answers to your questions—no appointment needed.
Drop-in sessions will be offered on the second Tuesday of the month November through January (Nov. 10, Dec. 8, and Jan. 12).
Session Times: 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. (Alberta)
Please note: New students will not be admitted after 11:15 a.m.
What Can We Help With?
Drop-in is ideal for quick questions or support, such as:
- Understanding your accommodations
- Exam-related questions
- Funding inquiries
- Quick assistive technology troubleshooting
If you need more in-depth support, we may recommend booking a full appointment.
What to Expect
Click the "Join the session now" button below anytime during the 9:30 - 11:15 a.m. (Alberta) session.
Once you join the meeting, an Accessibility Services team member will greet you and ask how they can help and will connect you with the appropriate team member in a Teams Meeting room.
Sessions are up to 15 minutes to ensure we can support as many students as possible.
